In preparing this fall's menu celebrating 25 years of cooking up delicious seasonal fare, we wanted to bring back the things you have loved and talked about the most. The items included below made the list after polling many of clients during the past several months.
For anything that was not an exact fit for fall seasonal produce, we adapted slightly to the best available ingredients for September through December. Everything included retains the major ingedients and flavor profile that made it all-time favorite.
